Description
The Museum at FIT launched the crowdsourced project, Wearing Memories, in November 2017 to help tell the story of clothes. The public was encouraged to share their stories and photos of garments that held special meaning. More than 300 memories were shared with the museum, some of which were included in the exhibition, Fashion Unraveled, and others published on the museum's Tumblr page. https://museumatfit.tumblr.com/
