FIT's Hue Live is a series of intimate conversations featuring the people and stories that define FIT. Starting this spring, when connecting the FIT community around common interests and pursuits is more important than ever, Hue's managing editor Alex Joseph, will speak with some of FIT's most talented and influential alumni across a range of industries.

Hue Managing Editor Alex Joseph hosts a conversation with social media influencer Lyn Slater.

Lyn Slater is a cultural influencer and recently retired professor of social welfare. She started the blog and social media project, Accidental Icon five years ago as a platform through which she could explore her interest in fashion. Since then she has been widely featured in print and broadcast media. She has become a role model for the idea that re-imagining and re-invention is possible at any time throughout the lifespan and her posts are essential reading for many in the fashion industry.
