- Randolph Trumbach, professor of history at Baruch College and the Graduate Center, CUNY, presents the paper "Man-Milliners and Macaronis: Clothes, Same-Sex Desire, and the 18th-Century Origins of the Modern Sexual System" at The Museum at FIT's 13th fashion symposium, A Queer History of Fashion, held November 8-9, 2013. This is an edited version of the full talk, which will be available for checkout at the Gladys Marcus Library of FIT. Randolph Trumbach's forthcoming book is The Origins of Modern Homosexuality.
