The Jay and Patty Baker School of Business and Technology hosts Leslie Short on Thursday, March 25, for a Dean's Forum, titled "Power, Privilege and Support: Leadership, Company Culture, Representation and Building a Business‬." Leslie Short is an entrepreneur, founder, activist, and conflict and transformational coach. She is the CEO and president of The Cavu Group, which advises companies and organizations of strategies to expand their internal culture through a lens of Diversity & Inclusion, as well as the owner of K.I.M. Media LLC. Short also produces a podcast called Visibility Ultd. Short's new book is called, Expand Beyond Your Current Culture: Diversity and Inclusion for CEOs and Leadership
