She is the CEO and president of The Cavu Group, which advises companies and organizations of strategies to expand their internal culture through a lens of Diversity & Inclusion, as well as the owner of K.I.M. Media LLC. Short also produces a podcast called Visibility Ultd. Short's new book is called, Expand Beyond Your Current Culture: Diversity and Inclusion for CEOs and Leadership
