In this interview James Ferguson interviews Professor Karen Trivette, then Head of the FIT Library's unit of Special Collections and College Archives about her experiences working at FIT.

Karen Trivette was the Head of the Special Collections and College Archives at Fashion Institute of Technology from 2008 until her retirement in 2024. Amongst other things, she spearheaded the continuation of the FIT Library's Oral History program first with the Ford Model oral history series, then with FIT Talks that holds a combination if interviews of FIT personnel and members of the Fashion industry.
