Faces and Places in Fashion: Virginie Lanoue
Part presentation, part Q&A, FIT's "Faces & Places in Fashion" lecture series is an opportunity to connect students and the public alike to the pulse of the fashion industry in an open and conversational setting.
Virginie Lanoue currently serves as the Collection Coordinator for Isabel Marant, where she works directly under Isabel Marant in the conceptualization of concepts. In this role she is charged with checking the consistency of product offering across designers. She has worked at Isabel Marant since 2010, beginning as a personal assistant to Isabel Marant. In this role, she was instrumental in the implementation and planning of both the runway show and lookbook. She was promoted to a Studio Assistant before serving in her current role. Prior to working in fashion, Virginie was a successful actress in France in a series of Films, TV Shows and Commericals.
