Paul Charron speaks about his career in fashion merchandising and his reasons for leaving Liz Claiborne after twelve years as its CEO. He describes how the fashion industry is changing and how difficult it is be be creative when profit is the driver for most decisions. He also addresses a number of questions from the audience concerning preparing for a fashion career.
