Short joined to promote discussion around strategies to implement change for inclusivity and accountability among brands and companies. This event will be moderated by Advertising and Marketing Communications Assistant Professor Elena Romero.
Leslie Short is an entrepreneur, founder, activist, and conflict and transformational coach. She is the CEO and president of The Cavu Group, which advises companies and organizations of strategies to expand their internal culture through a lens of Diversity & Inclusion, as well as the owner of K.I.M. Media LLC. Short also produces a podcast called Visibility Ultd. Short’s new book is called, Expand Beyond Your Current Culture: Diversity and Inclusion for CEOs and Leadership
