Student fashion show featuring leather apparel from the Fall 1996 collections of over 40 of the world's leading designers and manufacturers. The proceeds of this show are intended to benefit a newly proposed course of study entitled The Leather Apparel Certificate Program, which will encompass areas of study such as leather apparel history, leather science and technology, forecasting and styling, design and construction, and decorative leather techniques.
Introduced and coordinated by Francesco Stellaci, adjunct assistant professor at FIT.
