The Department of Social Sciences’ World Affairs Lecture Series presents Chinki Sinha in conversation with Souzeina Mushtaq.
Chinki Sinha is the editor of Outlook India Magazine. She has also worked for the BBC and covered a range of social issues. She was a visiting fellow at the Center for the Advanced Study of India at the University of Pennsylvania. Souzeina Mushtaq is a visiting assistant professor of communication and media studies at University of Wisconsin, River Falls. The lecture will be moderated by Professor Emre Ozsoz and Professor Yasemin Levine.
The Department of Social Sciences’ World Affairs Lecture Series fulfills FIT’s mission to foster an understanding of diverse cultures and politics within the international and domestic perspectives. It also embraces, supports, and expands upon the president’s campuswide initiative on civility.
This lecture is presented in partnership with the Dean of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the Presidential Scholars Program, and the Office of International Programs.
